It's much more effective than the official website and much more superior in terms of functionality and features.
You need to have Adobe AIR run-time installed first, then, download the zipped file from the link at the bottom of this post and unzip (you must unzip the file first) the file and just double-click on the file named HopeTrack.air and follow the prompts.
First run brings up the Preferences screen where you should go thru each tab and verify the default setup and make sure they are OK for your school district.
Also, open the Help file from the Help menu as shown below, that will show you how to use the application and show you various features available in the application.

Lastly, I would like to encourage you to upload data from one or two high schools at a time to reduce the processing time.
