Leveraging Schedule Analysis for CCRPI

From Georgia DOE's CCRPI Indicators specifications, we can use Schedule Analysis to create reports for Middle and Elementary grades Predictor for High School Graduation using existing reports.

For Middle School, Grades 6-8

For Elementary School, Grades K-5

Elem School, Grades K-5

According to the DOE's course file specifications 23.00170 is considered to be Reading/Grade 5 course.

In Schedule Analysis, you can easily identify students in grades 5 or 8 who may be missing one or more course in any of the required core content areas for High School Graduation predictors.

FteTrack Hardware/Software Requirements

Any Windows based machine with:

  • Minimum 2 GHz Processor
  • 2 GB RAM (4 or more recommended)
  • 5 GB free disk space
We will install SQL Server 2008 R2 Express edition and Apache HTTP server.

Once software is installed, FteTrack needs the following files as input:

  • FTE Extract file in the same format that's required by the Georgia DOE
  • Student Class file in the same format that's required by the Georgia DOE
  • an optional CPI file in the same format that's required by the Georgia DOE
  • IEP file in tab-delimited format from your Student Information System (SIS) of the IEP applications (EasyIEP, IEP.Online, SEMS Tracker, GoIEP etc.)
IEP extract file should have the following fields:
